b). Crab walking to the next level.

In this video, the Huawei Maextro S800 effortlessly crab walks through tightly parked Mercedes cars. This is achieved through coordination of rear wheel steering and the electric motor control. The vehicle is also capable of 360-degree tank turns.

c). Climbing a snow hill.

Where other cars are struggling to gain traction, the Huawei JAC Maextro S800 makes it to the top with ease.

d). Gliding over potholes.

With the world’s first fusion perception prediction technology, the car is able to identify bumps/potholes and just glide over them. This ensures a smooth driving experience even on damaged roads.

Spectacular Design that Turns Heads

Its aggressive front, futuristic vertical and horizontal LED headlights, and chiseled body lines make it stand out on the road. The cabin inside is a luxury haven with high-quality materials, ambient light, and a feature-loaded dashboard. The design has been influenced by the stars, and one can see that on the door handles, lights, and even on the sunroof. The car will come in 4- and 5-seat configurations.

The Huawei JAC Maextro S800 is 5,480 mm long and 2,000 mm wide with a wheelbase of 3,370 mm. These dimensions give the vehicle a dominating stance on the road and massive interior room.

Huawei Maextro S800 Performance

In Short

The luxury automotive segment has long been dominated by iconic brands like Maybach, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce, synonymous with opulence, prestige, and unparalleled craftsmanship. But the landscape is shifting, and new contenders are emerging. While they may not have a century-old legacy of Maybach or Rolls-Royce, they are bringing something equally valuable to the table: innovation.

While Maybach and Rolls-Royce are beginning to explore hybrid and electric options, the Maextro S800 is a step ahead with its all-electric luxury model. The Huawei Maextro S800 is therefore generating buzz for all the right reasons. It’s not just another car—it’s a groundbreaking car that combines the best of technology, luxury, and unparalleled performance. From its daring design to its intelligent driving, the Maextro S800 is testament to the fact that there is no bound to innovation.

The pre-order price of the new Huawei Maextro S800 starts from RMB 1,000,000 (USD 137,910) in China, with the top variant being around RMB 1,500,000 (USD 206,870).

While Maybach and Rolls-Royce have built their reputations on tradition and heritage, the newcomers are carving out their niche with cutting-edge features, futuristic styling, and much more affordable price tags. How the consumers will respond, only time will say.
