Xpeng has just released some images of the new 2026 Xpeng P7 all electric vehicle, and it really looks far more futuristic and sharper than the outgoing model. If the last one was attractive, this one is stunning. With its sharp lines and aerodynamic sportback design, this eye-catching model seems destined to amplify Xpeng sales. The new 2026 Xpeng P7 EV is expected to be launched in the latter half of this year.

Designed by French designer Rafik Ferrag, the vehicle features a very sharply designed body profile. The front features full-width LED daytime running lights and innovative headlights. A sleek black strip runs from the front lights to the A-pillar, also in black, giving the car a very dynamic look. The sloping bonnet towards the front and high fenders give it a sporty image.

As compared to the present outgoing model, the new P7 steals the limelight. While the previous model had smooth, curvy lines, the new model incorporates much sharper, futuristic lines.

The side of the 2026 Xpeng P7 has a streamlined sportback coupe-like silhouette featuring flush door handles, frameless windows, a fastback-like sloping roofline, and geometrically shaped large alloy wheels.

The present P7i has sporty scissor doors. Wish to get them on the new P7 too.

The rear also features a raised full-width light strip, and an electric spoiler adds to its sporty looks. The rear design of the new model is far better than the outgoing one.

Nothing has been revealed about its interior so far but it is expected to offer a high level of driver assistance and autonomous driving technology. The present Xpeng P7+ was hailed as the world’s first AI-defined vehicle featuring advanced AI-driven technology, intelligent driving and smart cockpit experience. The new vehicle is also expected to offer the same.

2026 Xpeng P7 : In short

Xpeng is already experiencing growing record sales this year, and the new P7 seems set to boost it further once it arrives this year.
With the present Xpeng P7+ being hailed as the world’s first AI-defined vehicle and offering an industry leading 10 km per kWh performance, the new 2026 Xpeng P7 is expected to boast some heavy specs.
