The stylish new Nissan N7 EV was revealed at the Guangzhou Auto Exhibition by Dongfeng Nissan on 15th Nov 2024, with sales expected to start by mid-2025 in China. According to Nissan, the N7 EV sedan has been designed for urban go-getters looking to elevate their lifestyles with the latest technologies.
Nissan has a long history in China of over 50 years; its recent market share has been dropping due to the rise of many new Chinese NEV startups. The N7 EV is a probably a step in the right direction by Dongfeng Nissan to gain lost ground. In fact, under the new Nissan’s long-term business plan, “The Arc”, Nissan plans to build over 30 NEVs globally by 2027.
The Nissan N7 EV is the first model based on Dongfeng Nissan’s new modular architecture made exclusively for electrified vehicles.

No details regarding its performance, like pickup, top speed, range, power, etc., have been revealed yet.
What’s little that has been said is that it has a quite low drag coefficient of 0.208, making it one of the most aerodynamically efficient cars in the world. So it can be expected that the Nissan N7 EV would be pumping out some good numbers once the data is released by Nissan.
The dimensions of the Nissan N7 EV measure 4,930 mm in length, 1,895 mm in width, and 1,487 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,915 mm, meaning it would provide a spacious cabin.

Nissan describes the N7’s external styling as “fluid and futuristic.” It’s a smooth, sleek sedan with a sloping roofline like a coupe.
The futuristic headlights, an illuminated logo, full-width rear lights, flush door handles, frameless door windows, and two-tone alloy wheels only add up to its elegant, sleek looks.
Nissan hasn’t revealed any pictures or details about the car’s interior. Though what is clear is that Dongfeng Nissan has tied up with Momenta, a leader in autonomous driving technology, to equip the new N7 EV with advanced driver assist technology.
